A Person-Centered Approach to Understanding the Heterogeneity of Dissociation, PTSD, and Somatic Symptoms

This proposed study uses latent profile analysis to examine how dissociation and PTSD symptoms cluster and predict somatic symptom severity in trauma-exposed adults. By identifying distinct trauma response profiles, it aims to highlight patterns of symptom manifestation as clinical phenotypes and inform person-centered approaches that support precision psychiatry.
