Abstract
Few developmental psychophysiological studies of executive functions have been conducted in low- and middle-income countries. We measured electrocardiography and impedance cardiography in 965 children (M = 9.9y, SD = 0.5) in Ghana while they completed Simon and Emotion Go/No-Go tasks. Behavioral and autonomic responses paralleled those seen in high-income countries.
