Abstract
This poster presents a secondary analysis of EMA data (N=446), examining within-person variability in momentary affective distress and its associations with sleep and physical activity. Analyses include psychometric modeling to derive a latent distress factor, followed by time-series models exploring same-day and lagged relations, with consideration of key demographic covariates.
