Abstract
Growth Mixture Modelling (GMM) identified two gratitude trajectories among family-bereaved individuals: consistently high (76.7%) or low (23.3%) over time. People with high gratitude were more psychologically healthy in their grief journey, having higher levels of life satisfaction, meaning in life, self-esteem, and low distress compared to the low gratitude class.
