Abstract
We examined how social comparison feedback influences cognitive flexibility in virtual classrooms. In a mixed-design study (N = 135), participants completed cognitive tasks under public, anonymous, or no-feedback conditions. Results suggest that peer feedback dynamically shapes performance, motivation, and anxiety, revealing context-sensitive mechanisms of cognitive and emotional adaptation.
