Abstract
The proposed study explores how lifetime adversity influences resilience and performance outcomes in Navy SEAL candidates. Through self-report questionnaires, wearable biometrics, and post-training interviews, it aims to improve understanding of stress adaptation under pressure and inform personnel selection and psychological support in elite military and high-stakes occupational settings.
