Abstract

This project develops and pilots a CBT-N + Art Therapy (CBT-N+AT) manual with 15 active duty service members/veterans experiencing persistent posttraumatic nightmares. Manual feasibility and acceptability will be assessed. CBT-N+AT aims to circumvent verbal processing challenges, addressing current treatment shortcomings.
