The Emotional Valence Ratios of Group Influence Immediate Assessments of Group's Emotional Experiences and the Intention to Affiliate to a Group - the Examination Focusing on Ensemble Coding -

Thirty-five participants were asked to assess repeatedly their intent to affiliation and the group's features of faces in which the emotional variety was manipulated. They rapidly perceived greater group emotional experiences as the presented group's diversity was greater and reported lower affiliation to the group consisting of split emotional valence.
