Abstract

This study explores the integration of Psychological first Aids (PFA) in to the Sri Lanka Air Force's Disaster management framework.Using qualitative methods it aims to investigate SLAF Personnel's Understanding of PFA, its perceived value, cultural considerations, and implementation changes to strengthen mental health support in Disaster contests.
