A Phenomenological Exploration of Entrepreneur Funding Inequities

Only 2% of venture capital funding goes to women and underrepresented founders compared to the 98% allocated to men. We aim to unearth the “why” behind the inequity by better understanding founders’ fundraising experiences. Findings will inform solutions to address the root causes of gender-based funding inequality.
