The Alchemy of Love; A Luvora Based Approach to Human Flourishing

We propose a randomised study to evaluate the impact of LUVORA model's impact on wellbeing. 40 adults will be assigned to  a LUVORA based intervention or control group. Pre/ post measures asses flourishing, resilience and self- compassion. The model demonstrates strong internal consistency and initial evidence of construct validity.
