Do Weight Attitudes Promote Orthorexic Responses to Weight Discrimination?

Sunday, May 25, 2025 · Washington, DC

Oral · Social

In the present study, experiencing weight discrimination predicted orthorexia nervosa symptomatology. These effects were strongest when participants held more weight controllability beliefs and explicit weight prejudice.
