Abstract

We surveyed 238 undergraduates about numerous possible correlates of time management and procrastination, to detect similarities and differences in patterns of association. Procrastination and struggling to manage time were similarly related to feeling overwhelmed, but procrastination was more strongly associated with delay, time pressure, distractibility, poor self-control, and low GPA.
