Abstract
This study examines the relationship between digital dependency, Night Eating Syndrome (NES), and body dissatisfaction among 160 participants (G*Power 3.1) using the validated Internet Addiction Test (IAT), Night Eating Questionnaire (NEQ), and Body Dissatisfaction Scale (BDS). Findings aim to inform interventions reducing digital dependency’s physical and psychological impacts.
