Abstract
Social determinants of health (SDOH) may influence antiretroviral (ART) adherence among people with HIV (PWH), and SDOH disparities impact Black communities. We examined the relationship between SDOH and longitudinal adherence among Black PWH using linear and logistic mixed effects models. Results indicate housing stability, age, and health literacy impact adherence.
