Mindfulness Inoculates Against Selfishness

Priming economic schema has repeatedly been shown to increase selfish behavior in various situations. Under certain conditions, mindfulness has been shown to increase compassionate action. An online experiment is predicted to show that, in an economic game, a mindfulness induction with prosocial priming can outweigh the impact of economic priming.
