Abstract

This dissertation proposal seeks to determine the potential influence of task-oriented leadership on the workplace incivility spiral (where being a victim of abusive supervision or workplace incivility predicts perpetrated incivility toward others) and the potential moderating effect of Dark Triad personality traits (Machiavellianism, narcissism, and psychopathy) and performance pressure.
