Abstract
This extended study aims to explore the relationship between burnout, quality of life (QoL), and blood pressure (BP) among Head Start Educators (HSE). Anticipated results may highlight the need for interventions to reduce burnout, enhance QoL, and improve HSE well-being, ultimately promoting their effectiveness in working with vulnerable children.
