Abstract

I connected Filipino cultural values to Positive Psychological constructs for Filipino leadership development. There were 155 adult, Filipino participants holding organizational leadership roles. This analysis showed that, within the Filipino community, Psychological Capital mediates the relationship of Psychological Climate and Authentic Leadership, indicating unique cultural implications for Authentic Leadership development.
