Abstract
This study tested whether emotion regulation (ER) repertoires moderate effects of acculturative stress on depression symptoms in an Arabic-speaking sample. Results showed bivariate associations between ER, acculturative stress, and depression, though maladaptive ER use solely predicted depression levels in a multiple regression model. Clinical implications will be discussed.
