Abstract

Young adults’ (n = 217) meaning in life mediated the relationship between their ecological concerns and their anxiety. Females reported significantly more ecological concerns than males did. Interventions that reduce young adults’ ecological concerns and increase their meaning in life may decrease their anxiety.
