Abstract
We conducted a rapid ethnographic assessment to qualitatively explore the determinants of evidence-based practice (EBP) implementation and treatment access in rural community mental health (CMH) settings in the Pacific Northwest. Findings indicate that the rural outer context significantly impacted nearly every aspect of EBP implementation and access.
