The purpose here was to introduce a new measure of internal sexual stigma. First, a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) indicated good fit for two factors: internal conflict and societal stigma. Second, the CFA model was tested and confirmed invariant across lesbian, gay, and bisexual individuals.
