Lmx and Psychological Well-Being in the Era of Remote Work

Current study examines how LMX affects remote workers well-being the research uses Ryff's six facet model of well-being to categorize the sample of 247 employees from different sectors. The study confirms LMX positively correlates with well-being (r=0.61,p<0.01) although remote work does not moderate this relationship.
