Abstract

For post-deployed Veterans who are suffering from multiple chronic conditions requires robust interventions for sleep quality improvements. The findings of the analysis suggest, when examining multiple factors that influence sleep quality (i.e., mindfulness, health status, and endorsed symptoms) reducing a veteran’s symptoms burden can be extremely beneficial.
