Abstract

We examined the effects of vagus stimulation music (440 vs 432 Hz) on post-stress recovery among individuals with low versus high levels of PTSD. Regardless of tuning, three-minutes of classical music had a positive impact on physiological measures of stress recovery, but only among those with low levels of PTSD.
