Abstract

This study examines awareness, perceptions, and intentions related to 3D-printed food. Findings from a survey study conducted in Singapore (N = 1009) reveal low initial awareness, improved attitudes after information exposure, but ultimately low final purchase intentions. Psychological factors, rather than demographics, more strongly influence perceptions.
