Thai Translations for “Morality” and Their Unbalanced Links with Moral Foundations

This study proposes that some Thai translations of the English term “morality” (e.g., sin-la-dham) are conceptually related to conservative values. Using Moral Foundations Questionnaire-2 (MFQ-2), we hypothesize that these words will correlate more strongly with conservative foundations and less with liberal foundations, even among Thai liberals.
