Abstract

Climate change is a challenge to society and humanity. This study investigates the influence of different climate narratives—sea-level rise, air pollution, and forest wildfires—varying in proximity and visual intensity, on people’s emotional responses, visual attention, and change of pro-environmental attitudes and behaviors.
