Authenticity in the Workplace

This study examines how workplace interactions with co-workers, managers, and customers influence authenticity and self-expression. Using open-ended surveys, it explores factors shaping authentic behavior, identifying themes in lived experiences to better understand workplace dynamics and promote environments that support genuine self-expression.
