Abstract

Moral Injury is defined as the psychological, biological, and personal effects of violating or witnessing violations of one’s morals. This study found that impulsive personality traits (e.g., positive and negative urgency, sensation seeking) were associated with moral injury. Results support the validity of the new Moral Injury Impact Scale.
