A New Measure of Quiet Quitting

We developed a measure of “Quit Quitting.” This work replicates and extends work that was presented at the Association of Psychological Sciences 2024 annual meeting.  The best predictors were lack of dedication to work, negative attitudes about work, and feeling discouraged about work.  Results of a factor analysis are discussed.
