Abstract
This study tested well-being growth mindset (WBGM) as a mechanism of action in the Healthy Minds Program (HMP) across two RCTs. HMP positively influenced WBGM, mediating distress reduction, though results varied by racial identity. Findings highlight the importance of heterogeneity in intervention effects and inclusive approaches to well-being interventions.
