Moderators of Trait Mindfulness and Perceived Loneliness

Psychological research postulates a relationship between trait mindfulness and perceived loneliness. This study aims to measure intolerance of uncertainty as a moderator of the relationship between perceived loneliness and trait mindfulness. A sample size of 97 people completed the survey, and a regression analysis determined a significant effect.
