We assessed the fluctuations in agentic, antagonistic, and neurotic narcissism states in three intensive longitudinal studies encompassing 1018 participants who provided 36 398 observations. Results of Dynamic SEM and Dynamic Exploratory Graph Analysis provide compelling support for antagonistic narcissism's predictive influence on changes on both agentic and neurotic narcissism.
