Abstract
Numerous scientific papers have been published using confirmatory Bifactor model (Bm). Bm is based on two assumptions (unidimensionality and group factors). This proposal focuses on the verification of these assumptions in 111 scientific papers (six scientific journals; 2010-2024). Results indicate that both assumptions are rarely, if ever, assessed.
