Abstract
This behavioral science targets the use of reusable bags for purchases at two large grocery stores. Behavioral observations indicated that 75% of 3,071 customers used plastic bags. A new large poster reads: “Please Remember to Use Reusable Bags for Your Groceries” and a reminder car tag is handed to customers.
