Abstract

A regression analysis of 358 participants with disabilities revealed that more positive self-perceptions of aging are associated with higher resilience, while higher perceived stress is associated with lower resilience. Adding age improves the model. These variables explain 47.4% of the variance in resilience, with all effects being significant (p< 0.001).
