Abstract

We investigated the contribution of two white matter tracts in semantic processing. The Uncinate Fasciculus (UF) and the Temporo-Frontal extreme capsule Fasciculus (TFexcF) were extracted from 34 Primary Progressive Aphasia individuals and correlated with semantic fluency scores. Only the TFexcF showed a significant effect, advancing our understanding of semantic processing.
