Creating Educational Opportunities through an Intellectual Risk-Taking Self-Persuasion Intervention

Abstract
This project will create a self-persuasion intervention to be delivered by the target population (preservice teachers) to another population (their students). It is expected that the preservice teachers delivering this intervention will increase their occurrence of intellectual risk-taking in their college courses after explaining the benefits to their students.
