Abstract
Transphobia has been found to be predictive of perpetrating hate crimes against trans people. To better understand transphobia and its predictors, we analyzed what factors may be associated with levels of transphobia. We found that age, adherence to sexist attitudes, and opposite sex attraction was associated with high transphobia levels.
