Understanding the factors related to telework is essential for organizations aiming to promote employee well-being while maintaining productivity. By identifying which aspects of telework positively or negatively influence well-being, organizations can develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, reduce stress, and create a more sustainable remote work culture.
