Abstract

This study examined gender, social support, physical activity (PA) knowledge, mental health (depression, stress, anxiety),and PA among Latinos. Findings showed no significant predictors of PA but emphasized the importance of integrating additional interventions to enhance exercise and mental health resources for the Latino community.
