The Impact of Rumination and Reflection in the First-, Second-, and Third-Year on Compassion Fatigue in the Third-Year for Childcare Workers and Elementary School Teachers

This study examined the impact of rumination and reflection in the first-, second-, and third-year on compassion fatigue in the third-year for 289 childcare workers and elementary school teachers. These results suggest that the higher the rumination in the third year, the higher their compassion fatigue.
