Abstract
This study explores healthcare providers' perceptions of barriers to mental health care for Spanish-speaking Latinx clients in the Southeast U.S. Providers identified cultural stigma, lack of bilingual care, immigration stressors, and practical issues as key obstacles, emphasizing the need for workforce development, cultural competence, and expanded services to improve access.
