Abstract

This study for PhD Disertation proposing how resilience, job satisfaction, and supervisory relationships impact vicarious trauma in first responder counselors, with empathy as a moderating factor. It aims to identify protective factors that reduce vicarious trauma, enhance job satisfaction, and improve counselor well-being, offering insights for interventions in high-stress environments.
