Abstract
We evaluated a school-based program to enhance eating disorder mental health literacy (ED-MHL) among 1,396 adolescents in China. Over 12 weeks, the intervention improved ED-MHL (d=0.98) and confidence in helping others (d=0.50), and reduced symptoms (d=-0.15 to -0.34) compared to waitlist group, supporting its effectiveness for prevention and early intervention.
