Abstract

This research aims to study the connection between self-regulated learning, motivation, and wellness and how these lessons may impact psychological distress levels among first-year students. The goal is to fill gaps surrounding current understanding of psychological distress levels, wellness, and self-regulation, and the engagement in processes to increase students’ motivation.
