Abstract

The purposes of our study were to assess compassion fatigue in the animal welfare community and examine the role of guilt in relationships involving compassion fatigue and turnover intention. We will assess our hypothesis using a self-report survey and Hayes’ PROCESS macro to examine the indirect effect.
