The Pandemic’s Toll on Social Support, Mental Health and Nutrition in Collegiate Female Athletes

Utilizing archival data, this study will examine mental health, social support and eating patterns associations among female collegiate athletes during the initial pandemic lockdown period. The researchers theorize that athletes will report worsened mental health and social support during this time alongside dietary changes, consistent with extant literature.
